Latypov Eduard, president of the RUSSIA UNITES fan club since 2013. This interregional social movement unites hundreds of thousands of fans throughout the country and has branches in 26 regions of Russia. Eduard accompanies the Russian national football team in all countries of the world. Many leaders of fan movements around the world know him. He received a law degree at St. Petersburg State University. He headed the legal committee of the All-Russian Fan Society and headed the Leningrad branch of this society. He was a member of the committee for ensuring safety and work with fans of the Russian Football Union, participated in the development of the law on fans. He took an active part in the work on the Olympic Games in Sochi in 2014 and the 2018 FIFA World Cup, in the creation of fan clubs at various international competitions.
