Professor Kamenkov Viktor, PhD, Honorary Lawyer of the Republic of Belarus, Head of the Department of Financial Law and Legal Regulation of Economic Activities of the Faculty of Law of the Belarusian State University, Deputy Chairman of the International Union of Lawyers, Chairman of the Standing Legal Commission of the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Belarus, Arbitrator of Sports Arbitration at the Trade Industrial Chamber of the Russian Federation, a Member of the Commission on Sports Law of the Association of Lawyers of Russia, Director of the Center "Mediation and Law", Chairman of the International Arbitration (Arbitration) Court "Chamber of Arbitrators" at the Belarusian Republican Union of Lawyers, a Member of the Presidium of the Scientific and Consulting Council of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, a member of  various other certification and scientific commissions in the Republic of Belarus and other countries. Previously, he worked for a long time in the Prosecutor's Office,  he also was the Chairman of the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Belarus for 12 years. Author of over 400 scientific and educational publications, including in the field of sports law.
