Iriarte Angel Jose Luis, Professor of Private International Law at the Public University of Navarra (Spain), Doctor of Juridical Sciences, Counselor and Lawyer at the International Law Firm Lupicinio, Member of the Emergency Arbitration Task Force of the International Chamber of Commerce, Professor of the Jean Monnet Program of the Chair of the European Union, member of the editorial boards of scientific journals on international law published in Moldova and Poland. Previously, he worked as a Deputy Rector at the Public University of Navarra, gave lectures, taught at more than 20 universities around the world, including the USA, France, Germany, Japan and Brazil. Author of over 80 monographs and scientific articles in the field of private international law, including on the problems of resolving conflict situations and the application of international sanctions. The official commentary on the Spanish Civil Code prepared by Iriarte Angel is recognized as the official publication for use by the Supreme Court of this state. Iriarte Angel has been a member of the International Union of Lawyers for many years, and he is one of the most active members of the standing Commission on International Cooperation.
