Oleg Zakharov, Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, Head of the IARA branch in the Southern Federal District of Russia, Head of the Standing Commission on Combat Sports and Martial Arts (Russia). In addition, Mr. Zakharov is a PhD, President of the Rostov Kyokushinkai Association,  a coach of the highest category, a judge in sports of international category, chairman of the Rostov regional branch of the All-Russian public organization "Russian-Japanese society ". Mr. Zakharov graduated from the Law Faculty of the International University of Science and Technology in 2003, worked in various Russian and foreign commercial and sports companies, he was also the Deputy Rector of the Southern Russian Technological University. In 2020 he defended his thesis on "Theory and methods of physical education, sports training, recreational and adaptive physical culture." He is the author of more than 80 scientific articles in the leading scientific journals "Sports psychologist", "Extreme human activity", "Physical culture, sports science and practice" and others.
