Ukraine joined the activities of International Athlete Rights Association

A representative of independent Ukraine joined the ranks of the IARA Board of Directors. The new director is Vice-President of Dynamo Football Club (Kiev, Ukraine), First Deputy of the Ethics and Fair Play Committee of the Football Federation of Ukraine, Interpol expert, member of the International Association of Prosecutors, attorney-at-law Andrey Madzianovskiy.

   Mr. Madzianovskiy graduated from the Faculty of International Law of the Odessa State Academy of Law, as well as the University of Management and Law. He worked for a long time in the investigation and supervision bodies of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine, and executive bodies of the regional government of Ukraine. He is widely recognized in sports circles as a fighter against corruption and match-fixing in international football. His work on establishing public order in the sports stands was positively noted in Interpol (Stadia project, France, Lyon). Mr. Madzianovskiy has also shown himself well in the activities of the IASL Committee of Integrity, Security and Safety on Sports Competitions. The IARA Board of Directors agreed to admit Andrei Madzianovskiy to its membership.

     As you can see, politics does not matter for our cooperation. We are full of desire to make sport an instrument of peace and dialogue and to show all politicians of the world an example of how to be friends and build a new world without wars and violence. God is with those who look at the world more broadly, not only through the prism of their national interests, who unite humanity in the name of peace and prosperity for all humanity.
