IARA BoD appointed Rares Stanescu the head of the branch in Romania.
14.01.2021IARA continues to work on the creation of governing bodies and branches of the organization in various countries of the world and regions of Russia. As you know, IARA has already created the branch in the Rostov region, headed by Oleg Zakharov, a member of the IARA Board of Directors (BoD), the head of the Commission on Martial Arts.
Recently, Member of the IARA BoD Rares Stanescu also made a proposal to establish a branch of our organization in Romania. Professor Rares Stanescu, Director of the Department of Communications and Foreign Relations of the National University of Physical Education and Sports in Bucharest (Romania), Member of the standing Commission on International cooperation of the International Union of Lawyers, Member of the European Association for International Education, Member of the International Association of Physical Education and Sport Universities, Director of the International Congress of Physical Education, Sport and Physical Therapy, Erasmus Institutional Coordinator. Previously, he worked as General Secretary of the Romanian Football Tennis Federation, Director of Coaches Education at the Romanian Tennis Federation. Fluent in three languages (English, French, Chinese).
The IARA Board of Directors supported this proposal and appointed Rares Stanescu to head the IARA Romania Branch. Currently IARA branches are established in Greece and Romania. We think this is a good start for the formation of an international network of our organization in different countries of the world.
